Moving Heaven And Earth

It is a well-established fact that Earth's magnetic field is weakening alarmingly fast.  Additionally, the magnetic poles (not the physical poles) have been wandering about and appear to be converging somewhere near Indonesia (thank you very much).  As a consequence, the health effects of galactic cosmic radiation are increasing across the globe, and it is having an effect on every human being's nervous, cardiovascular and other systems.  This is not speculation, this is all proven fact.

None of this is new or unexpected, as the nature and timing of the Great Year has been known, at least in some circles, for thousands of years.  Human mythology seems to record periods of enormous upheavals in history related to cosmic events, as noted by Immanuel Velakovsky, Joseph Campbell, Joseph Farrell, and many other researchers.

These global historical cataclysms appear to be connected to cosmic events of major significance.  One might even concluded that, since information about the Great Year is not widely taught and studied, that some group has an agenda to keep it quiet.  If that is the case, then it would seem that the offending group also knows what happens when these events occurs.

The last Great Month, or Age, was Aries the Ram.  It was during the transition to our current Age of Pisces the Fish that the three Great Yahwisms (Judaism, Christianity, Islam) broke out of the Middle East and basically took over the world, for better or worse.  The Age of Aries was marked by a Savior who is commonly called the Lamb of God.  His followers are referred to as Fishers of Men (note the pope's fish-head hat).  All hell broke loose, with global wars, empires and upheavals that are still taking place as we speak.  We note the Crusades, Reformation, Counter-Reformation, two World Wars, and dozens of other conflicts of varying intensity, not to mention a radical change in the human condition over the past 2,000 years.

The Great Year is approximately 25,800 years long, if you believe anything NASA tells us.  It is divided into 12 Great Months or Ages of roughly 2,150 years each.  They are marked by the sign of the zodiac in which the Vernal Equinox falls, and in astrology, they are noted as the Houses of the Sun.

You would think that with the claimed precision of modern astronomy in measuring universal distances and precise locations, it would be an easy matter to find out exactly when the Vernal/March equinox will enter the next Age of Aquarius.  It isn't.  Try searching for yourself.  This is the first clue that someone is hiding something.

In any case, there seems to be some consensus that we have already entered, or shortly will enter the Age of Aquarius.  We know that the March Equinox will occur on 20 March 2018, at 4:15p, but I'll be damned if I can find a reference to where that point will be on the Celestial Sphere, at least in terms of the zodiac.

All this in consideration, it appears that we are in the midst of a Great Upheaval.  The weaking magnetic field of Earth is allowing much greater amounts of galactic cosmic radiation through to the surface.  That means that we humans are having huge effects on our nervous systems, cardiovascular systems, and across the spectrum of our daily lives.  On an individuals basis, these may not seem excessive, but in the aggregate, we might logically assume that the general insanity apparent in the news cycles is a cumulative result of these factors.

Over the last few million years, the magnetic poles have reversed about every 200,000 years to 300,000 years.  We are currently long overdue, but we should note that the last time marks the beginning of the last Great Ice Age.  Suffice it to say that it hasn't happened since human civilization has existed in its current incorporation.

We have to wonder if the effect of cosmic radiation on the human nervous system causes a kind of mass insanity.  We also have to wonder whether some group knows that and is hiding the fact in order to take advantage of it for some occult agenda.  This conclusion would explain a lot of strange behavior by various groups, from the Nazis to the Hidden Hand to the Deep State.

What is provable is that weather systems go haywire and some mass extinctions can be linked to similar periods in Earth's history.  We have to wonder how much of current events is influenced by celestial events.

It is simplistic and dismissive to say that astrology has no value, since generations of humans have found something of value in it, and its development had to have been based on some common experience to exist in the first place.

While I don't have any solid answers, there is a rich body of research out there to consider.  The possibilities are exciting and there is the fact that if we know we are being collectively affected by outside influences, we can at least try to counteract them.  Knowledge of a problem is the first step to solving it.

It certainly is more comforting and actionable than surrendering to randomness and chaos.

The Fragments I Have Shored

"LET us go then, you and I,
When the evening is spread out against the sky
Like a patient etherized upon a table;
Let us go, through certain half-deserted streets,
The muttering retreats        5
Of restless nights in one-night cheap hotels
And sawdust restaurants with oyster-shells:
Streets that follow like a tedious argument
Of insidious intent
To lead you to an overwhelming question….        10
Oh, do not ask, “What is it?”
Let us go and make our visit.

"In the room the women come and go
Talking of Michelangelo."
--The Love Song of J. Alfred Prufrock, T. S. Eliot

In an age of eternal turmoil, what can possibly remain important?  If every moment of every day is a new superlative, the world becomes devoid of comparatives.

I remember when the Guiness Book of World Records was a big deal.  Us boys bought the new edition every year and would faithfully memorize the most amazing facts we could find to regale our friends with factoids.  It was also fun to see which records had not fallen since the previous year.

Kids today don't seem to care.  Just waking up sets new records, or so it seems.  The world is in a constant state of flux, where extraordinary events are commonplace, and the commonplace is the most vile form of mundane and banal.

I briefly reminisced on Skype early this morning with a friend back in Texas.  We marveled for a moment at our ability to conduct business and have conversations in real time half a world apart.  In fact, those abilities were free, outside of the minimal monthly charge for internet access.  The stuff of wildly absurd science-fiction movies and books just 40 years ago are now expected, and even necessary to daily life.

What is even more amazing is the cavalier manner in which most of us accept the extraordinary as something expected and required.  No different, really, than the way my generation treated cars, which were to my parents and grandparents extraordinary new devices.

Eventually, the world gets away from us.  We reach an age in which the marvels are far too frequent and amazing to bother paying attention.  We relegate the responsibility to our kids and grandkids to keep up with it all, as we opt to stroll down familiar lanes and greet old experiences.

If you are under 40 and reading this, then the same thing will happen to you, far sooner than you would imagine possible, especially now as the marvels come faster and faster.  Eventually, you will cease to be amazed, even excited.  Eventually, you will throw up your hands and quit worrying about all of it and just be happy to sit and watch the clouds.

Just as the blacksmith gave way to the mechanic, and the mechanic will give way to self-repairing robots, we all become obsolete.  We all outlive our usefulness and even our desire to remain relevant to the extant culture.  After a while, it's enough to pluck a fresh tomato and bell pepper from the garden, make some homemade vinaigrette and enjoy a fresh salad for lunch with the taste of sunshine still in it.

It's not that the creative spark is spent, it's just that we cover it with dirt in the hopes of reviving the fire later in the day with some new catch to roast.

It's not that we no longer enjoy the race, it's just that we finally realize there is no winner - each wave is ultimately overtaken by the next.

The best part is reaching that point where we no longer give a high hoot what anyone else thinks, and just worry about what makes us happy.  You can set all the records you want, but at some point someone else will come along and erase all your efforts.

It's not a bad thing, really, to realize it's fairly pointless.  The memories make a fond companion, if we bothered in our youth to make them.  That, I suppose is the real crime of hte extant culture.  All memories come through a box now.  There is no adventure, no pitting one's self against the elements and being self-satisfied that we survived whatever the world could throw at us.

It is not the same to launch an app.  There is no sense of victory at overcoming time and space.  There is no Grand Battle to fight when we can simply send a robot to do a Man's work.  The only frontier left is the one inside, and precious few dare go there now.

I grow old ... I grow old ...
I shall wear the bottoms of my trousers rolled.

"Shall I part my hair behind?   Do I dare to eat a peach?
I shall wear white flannel trousers, and walk upon the beach.
I have heard the mermaids singing, each to each."

Mithras and the Lamb

The image may be a relief, or free-standing, and side details may be present or omitted. The centre-piece is Mithras clothed in Anatolian costume and wearing a Phrygian cap; who is kneeling on the exhausted [20] bull, holding it by the nostrils [20] with his left hand, and stabbing it with his right. As he does so, he looks over his shoulder towards the figure of Sol. A dog and a snake reach up towards the blood. A scorpion seizes the bull's genitals. The two torch-bearers are on either side, dressed like Mithras, Cautes with his torch pointing up and Cautopates with his torch pointing down.[21][22]Sometimes Cautes and Cautopates carry shepherds' crooks instead of torches.
He had a miraculous birth.  He had twelve followers and was co-ruler of the Cosmos with God.  He died and was resurrected.  His cult began over 2,000 years ago.  His followers met in secret underground caverns and celebrated with ritual meals.  The followers were also persecuted by Caesar in public displays of horrific cruelty.

His name was Mithras.

Just about everything about Mithras matches the christian legends.  There are a few minor differeces.  Mithras conquered the Bull, while Jesus conquered the Lamb.  Mithras drew water from a rock, while Jesus turned it into wine.  But, the outlines are there, just the colors change.

Few people think about the symbolism involved in the story of Jesus, nor are they familiar with why things are they way they are.  Those of us of an age all sang the words, "This is the dawning of the Age of Aquarius," but almost no one knew what they were saying.

Jesus and the Apostles represent the 12 signs of the zodiac, while Jesus himself is Ophuicus, who sits about and watches over the others.  That magical number 13.  The images of serpents are representations of the constellation Draco (the dragon).  Bulls, rams and fish all have specific meanings.

But, I get ahead of myself.  First, let's talk a little science.

If you spin a top and place it on the ground, within a few seconds it will start to wobble, so that the stem draws a circle at both ends.  In the same way, the Earth wobbles around on its axis.  It's called precession.  To complete one cycle takes about 26,000 years, which is called a Platonic year.  The current pole star, Polaris, is only temporary.  There are five of them: Polaris, al Deramin, Deneb, Vega, and alpha Draconis.

As the Earth precesses, the Spring Equinox (in the northern hemisphere) aligns with the Sun so that over time, the Sun appears to enter different signs of the zodiac.  About 7,000 years ago, it was in Taurus the Bull, then Aries the Ram, and now it's in Pisces the Fish.  Next stop, in about 400 years will be Aquarius the Water Bearer.  Each sign corresponds to an Age (e.g.- Taurus, Aries, Pisces, and Aquarius), and each Age has certain characteristics, or 'flavors,' which belong to each sign.  Pisces is said to mark the dominance of art and religion, and it's hard to argue with that.

At the end of each Age is a time called the Messianic era, in which a special king is born, who brings with him the new rituals and signs that mark the new Age.  For Pisces, it is all things water: baptism, ritual washing, water miracles, etc.  The king must also vanquish the old Age in order to start the new one.  The problems come from those who don't want to let the old ways go.

For instance, in the story of Genesis, Moses leads the Hebrews out of Egypt, but they end up building a golden calf with a gold disc between its horns.  Now why would they just arbitrarily build a cow?  Well, it wasn't arbitrary.  It was the Age of Taurus moving into the Age of Aries.  The bull was, of course, Taurus and the gold disc was the Sun.  Ritual sacrifice of bulls was the order of the day.

The appearance of Jesus coincides with the end of Aries and the beginning of Pisces.  This is why he was the Lamb of God and had to be sacrificed, while his followers became Fishers of Men.  Jesus walked on water, turned water into wine, and when he was stabbed on the cross, blood and water came out.

Each of the Apostles were signs of the zodiac and their personalities matched the characteristics of their sign.  They are typically depicted with symbols that represent some aspect of their character, and some (primarily the supposed writers of the Gospels) have the actual sign of the zodiac shown with their image.

Many temples, churches and mosques typically have vaulted or domed ceilings.  This represents the Vault of the Heavens, under which we humans worship.

Back to Jesus, he was the Lamb of God (Aries).  His job was to bring in new symbols and practices for the new Age.  After giving us water rituals and symbolic sacrifice with bread and wine, he was slaughtered in order to kill the old Age and start the new.  This is the meaning of Messiah.  It's an era or a time, not a person.

What all this boils down to is that the Bible is one long, intricate mythology of the Cosmos.  It is a tale woven from asterisms and celestial patterns.  It is designed to preserve and transmit occult knowledge of the heavens, the cycles and patterns there, and the influences projected on the Earth by the movements of the Cosmos (astrology).

This astrology is not the lame, pale cousin found in the daily newspaper or touted by TV shamans, but serious business.  Serious enough that people have fought and died for centuries to preserve this knowledge and keep it as pristine as possible.

It has also been manipulated by those who know the truth to keep us in the dark and chasing ghosts.  Secret societies have sprung up with initiation rituals and priesthoods, in order to both hide and keep alive the secrets that are hidden directly in front of our eyes.  Once you learn the symbols and the code, the Bible suddenly comes alive with metaphor and sacred information.  After all, knowledge of the precession of the Earth requires daily observations and detailed records kept over thousands of years, at least for one Platonic Year. That's a lot of work, and the folks who hold that information aren't going to let it go easily.  On the other hand, they revel in the idea that they know something we don't, and they dangle in front of us as a game.

It gets a lot more interesting, and in the future we'll explore more of the pagent that is playing out on an invisible stage that is literally hidden in plain sight.  In a sense, it is transdimensional, since it exists in the same space that we all occupy, yet it is completely invisible until you have the tools to unlock it.

The only problem is, once you see it all, then you can't see anything else.
