I really enjoy writing about politics, because no matter what I say or which side I appear to be on, it always elicits a lot of responses that span the range of human emotions. It's no wonder the Reader Survey had politics as being the number one topic that people loved to hate.
I get accused of shilling for this party or that, or being a "fence sitter" for declaring myself to be a political atheist. I should mention, for those confused by the term, that a political atheist refers to a complete disbelief in establishment politics and has little or nothing to do with religion. That's a completely different conflict. In the end, I get accused of being everything, since I believe in nothing, is the way I read it.
But how does one get to be a political atheist, you ask.
As I've mentioned before, my father was a politician. He was first elected in 1960, as a Democrat from Houston. He served three terms in the Texas House before switching parties, due in large part to the corruption and pure evil of the Johnson Machine. For those unfamiliar with this term, Lyndon Baines Johnson (LBJ) was a Texas politician who became president upon the death of John F. Kennedy (in Texas, but there are books on that connection). Johnson's network ran Texas politics with a platinum fist, fed by oil money and raw lust for power.
In 1966, Dad jumped parties and was elected to the Texas Senate as a Goldwater Republican, and in 1972, ran for governor, coming within 200,000 votes of becoming the first Republican to hold that office since the Civil War. Of course, the jump came just in time for the corruption and paranoia of the Nixon years, which ultimately resulted in Nixon's impeachment and resignation in 1974.
Watching all this as an impressionable kid, I grew disgusted with politics, having seen that there were no sides with clean hands. I also saw the toll it took on my father - the frustration, anger and ultimate withdrawal from the process, since one could never get a message directly to the voters. There were always layers upon layers of control in between that had their hands out - ass, gas or grass, nobody rides for free.
When the time came for me to receive my enfranchisement, I didn't want it. There was nothing there that I found appealing or desirable. What I did learn, though, was the power of the media. I had already spent my entire life to that point on stage. I was a political prop, rolled out at the appropriate moment to enhance the "family man" image. I instinctively understood this. I saw how it all worked, and I liked the power of controlling people without ever being seen.
I spent many hours in TeeVee studios and back stage. I was agog at the technology and machinations that turned into programs and productions. I loved listening to the production meetings - throwing out ideas, anticipating responses, calculating demographics. It reminded me of all those WW2 movies my father loved and forced me to watch. The generals in dimly lit rooms, smoking furiously, moving pieces around on a map.
I knew what I wanted to do with my life - and what I didn't want.
What I didn't want was to be in the political system. I preferred the position of being on the outside, watching the rubes argue and lambaste each other. When they were done, they came to me to polish and present the results of their bloody in-fighting. I enjoyed being above them, looking down with mild distaste at their grubby faces as I bestowed my talent, knowledge and skill upon their message.
Through all of it, politics and politicians were potential clients. I never invested any importance or meaning in their system. All I wanted was their money, and all I gave them was a product.
Eventually, I came to realize that I was deceiving innocent people in the process. Sure, they donated to the parties and were active in campaigns, but they honestly had no idea what went on behind the scenes - the cynicism, corruption, greed and lust. The masses truly believed that they were doing some good by supporting this or that cause, party or politician. They were completely unsuspecting of the blackness that sucked their money and passion away and spit it back at them.
The other day, I posted a link to an Infowars video on my private Facebook account. It was a hidden camera recording of a DNC delegate saying Hillary would ban all guns and destroy the Second Amendment (right to own guns). Almost immediately, I got a response from a good friend and the person I interned with lo, these many years ago:
"Stop posting these links to bullshit sources. Can't you see what he's doing? He's leading that poor idiot to get her to give the answers he wants."
Incredulous, I replied, "Really? You and I have done that exact thing to elicit the response we wanted from an interview hundreds of times. And Infowars has more followers than many cable news hosts. What makes them less legitimate than any other source, especially given the revelations in the past two weeks concerning Fox, CNN, MSNBC, Reuters, and Politico?"
I thought about it for a few minutes, then added, "You know as well as I do that there is no such thing as an objective reporter. Every story has at least seven people injecting their personal views into every story that goes on the air.." I was referring to the producer, reporter, editor, news chief, owner, sponsor, and viewer. Each places their prejudices and assumptions into a story at every step of the process.
There was no response, and there can be none. It is true. Because I grant more credibility to one source over another does not change the process itself, which is the same for any media outlet. For every form of communication, there is a standardized process for encoding and decoding information. Regardless of who or what is communicating, the process is the same. In any given language, the rules of grammar must be followed or the message is scrambled and unintelligible.
Ultimately, I have withdrawn from politics, media and as much of the bullshit as I can. I prefer pure entertainment now, like the stage and film. The reason is that at some level, everyone in the audience understands that the actors and scenery are a lie. TeeVee crosses that line by pretending to reveal reality - but whose reality?
As I disucssed previously, it is all magic. It invokes spirits and presents possession as a mirror of reality, however distorted. As a professional in "show biz," I have come to see media as either benign (theater, film) or malignant (TeeVee, especially "news"). In the benign form, the audience is aware that they are being manipulated, so they have a fighting chance. In the malignant form, the audience believes what they are seeing is at least some form of truth, which of course, none of it is.
In the end, I have washed my hands of politics and mass media, and have tried in some small way to absolve my sins. Generally, though, people don't want to hear it. During election season they dive in, regardless of how much distance they keep during the "off" years, and most people reach for the TeeVee remote almost immediately upon coming home from another day as corporate drone.
We have all been so conditioned that we can't imagine, much less remember a time when life wasn't like this. It seems quaint to think of days when TeeVee didn't exist and campaigns rode around in trains, giving stump speeches along the route. We have pulled the wool over our own eyes, seemingly as a choice, but really what choices do you consciously make?
When you vote for a candidate, do you think, "I can't choose a third party because they will lose. I want to go with a winner." Ask yourself this: regardless of which party won, have you ever won? Have you ever been happy with the choice you made?
Remember back when Obama was first elected? There was a kind of religious aura about it. None one could say a cross word about him. It was a sacred moment. Now, it is hard to find someone who will admit to voting for him.
That's why I'm a political atheist.

Three Reasons To Renounce Citizenship
I envision the US as similar to the face-hugger in Alien. Remember that scene where John Hurt is on the table with that thing on his face. When the crew try to remove it, the claws dig deeper and the tail tightens around his neck. That thing is the gang of criminals running America, and John Hurt is the rest of humanity.
I've come to the conclusion that it is time to get out. I need to find a viable alternative to holding a US passport. All that document is, is a target for both the every-increasing enemies of the US, and the thugs that operate a so-called government in the name of US citizens.
I've boiled it down to three key reasons to quit: One, the little-known and even less understood Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA); Two, the NSA and NDAA; and Three, the deplorable state of American culture.
The FATCA was passed in 2010, and requires foreign banks to report on all accounts of US citizens or lose their ability to invest in securities that originate in the US. It also requires anyone with a US taxpayer number (what used to be called the Social Security number) to report and pay tax on all income from whatever source and all assets held overseas.
Now you're thinking, "Hey! That's great! All those rich guys and corporations can't hide their money offshore." Well, it ain't that simple. First, this law assumes that the US has the right to dictate to foreign banks how to go about their business and require them to spend additional time and money to comply with a domestic US law. Last time I checked, a nation's jurisdiction ended at its borders and the only legal means of compelling performance on foreign powers was through treaties.
Second, I have lived outside the US for nearly six years. I have not earned a single dollar in all that time. I do not receive any benefits from government, and the only services I have utilized are my passport and notary service, which I paid for - in cash rupiah as required by the US embassy in Jakarta - on the spot. I ask for and receive nothing from the US government at any level anywhere.
Third, I pay 25% income tax, 10% VAT and a host of other fees here in Indonesia, where I use publicly funded roads and services, and derive some benefit from living here. Furthermore, if I held any property here in Indonesia, it has nothing to do with the US government, nor do they have any interest in my ownership, so I feel no compulsion to pay tax on my assets here or anywhere outside the US.
Fourth, the law specifically states that it applies to "all US persons". In legalese, a person is a corporate entity. It is different from the organic "person" in that the plural is "persons" and not "people". Since I am a human being and not a corporate fiction, the law obviously does not apply to me. However, try arguing these fine points with bureaucratic pinheads or foreigners who don't understand the intricacies of the English language.
That list alone would be enough to drive a sane person to find citizenship elsewhere, but it gets worse.
Next, there's the NSA/NDAA fiasco. I have nothing to hide, and I like hiding that fact from any and all government prying. You see, I was raised an old-school Texan. We don't trust any government, at any level, anywhere, for any reason. Very simple point of view. The fact that I have nothing to hide is NOT an invitation to government operatives to catalog and record every single bowel movement I make. I like my privacy. What I want the world to know about me can be found right here on this blog. Anything else is my own business. So piss off.
Furthermore, both the NSA and the NDAA assume and treat US citizens as enemies of the state by virtue that they breathe. You don't have to commit a crime, be convicted of a felony, spout off or protest. All you have to do is wake up in the morning and you are an enemy of the state.
Excuse me?
Grousing about government is a time-honored American tradition. Not agreeing with 99% of the crap that comes out of Washington is every citizen's right and duty. Believing that unmanned cameras are not witnesses and unmanned drones are not law enforcement requires little more than reading a couple of documents - specifically the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.
Most egregious are the so-called rights to indefinite detention and warrantless search and seizure. The right to face an accuser and the right to be secure in one's property date back to the Magna Charta and are fundamental to Common Law. These two features of the NSA and NDAA radically change the nature of American legal and political life, and are far more subversive that any individual could ever be.
Finally, we come to the culture. Something is terribly wrong with America. The crassness and slimy nature of its so-called 'entertainment', and the sleaze that is promulgated in the public schools have created a public sphere that is bereft of any redeeming qualities.
Once you get out of the constant noise of it all, as I have, then even a few minutes of American TeeVee will make you nauseous. The women are all domineering sex-fiends who spend all their time fixing the messes that the emotional, indecisive men make. Every show includes a gay man that the women all fawn over. This is the role model which the American male is supposed to emulate to get women to pay attention to them. There's always a Jewish character who is the only one allowed to talk about religious matters and to have an opinion on things like race, religion and politics. No other character can do that.
Racial minorities are predominantly criminal, but they are forced to be by white male society. Once they are understood as victims of evil white men, then they are redeemed. In fact, any character who adheres to traditional roles and mores is ridiculed and forced to change by some contrived event that shows how evil the old way of doing things is.
In any event, everyone is a victim (except while males). Everyone has been downtrodden and their victimhood defines their character. Without being victims, none of the characters have any existence or purpose. Unless...
They are government agents. Then they are heroic and all-knowing. They can go anywhere, do anything with impunity. Their hunches are always right and they are allowed to break-and-enter, confiscate private property, torture and terrorize to get their suspect who invariably caves in and confesses all under the omnipotent stare of Big Brother.
Once upon a time, there were TeeVee shows where men were wise and strong, and you could go ages without seeing a government agent of any kind. If you did, it was usually Barney Fife bungling his way around being generally ineffective. The roles have been reversed now, and every single episode and every single show has some interaction with a government agency.
I won't even go into the mental rape occuring in the public schools, or the physical rape occuring in medical institutions. I won't mention the noxious stew of chemicals that infest every level of the food pyramid, and especially water. One need only look at the number of Americans on some form of happy pills to know that the society is sick and getting sicker. If the populace needs to escape that badly, something is definitely wrong.
I think it's time to start shopping for a new country. The unfortunate thing is that the US has taken upon itself to infest as many countries as it can. It's not enough that it has placed every soul within its borders in jeopardy, but it must export its error to the world. It has no moral superiority nor legal authority to do such a thing.
The only reason it has gotten away with it so far is that the US threatens the lives and property of every single person on Earth with its military might. If it keeps up, eventually the world will push back and that is the moment I surely don't want to be identified as an American. I have not been part of the error, I have done what I can to corrent the error, and I sure as hell won't go down for the error of a rogue nation.
It's time for the American people to wake up and see what is being done in their name. It is no longer enough to hide behind willfull ignorance and psycho-active drugs. It is especially time for men to stand up and act like men. Don't follow that rubbish on TeeVee. Women respect strong, decisive men and they'll quickly back down.
You know what would really be interesting? Go to Mexico, renounce your citizenship. Re-enter the US illegally. Then get amnesty and preferential treatment when Congress screws the pooch on the immigration bill.
The first step in setting things right is turning off the damn TeeVee.

Millions Unite For A Cause
Amazing.
31 million viewers x 3 hours = 93 MILLION man-hours
Plus the network time with hundreds of folks to set up and run the thing across the country, plus a couple of hundred journalists pumping out thousands of column inches, plus ticket sales plus ancillary sales plus plus plus
All for one football game...
Imagine what all that effort could have achieved if it were focused on, oh, I don't know...the ECONOMY, SOCIAL PROBLEMS, ELECTING DECENT PEOPLE TO OFFICE?
93 million man-hours.
What's the bet it didn't take that much effort to build the Great Pyramid or the Great Wall of China? I know it didn't take that much to build the space station or put men on the Moon. And all of it literally pissed away on a football game.
It's astounding, really.
At some point, probably next week, though I'm not sure, this will all culminate in something called the Super Bowl, which despite the name, does not involve feeding hungry people. Nope. Even more time and energy and effort will be pissed away on yet another football game.
With that kind of waste, one could easily say that America deserves everything that's coming at it. That a nation could waste such vast amounts of time and resources on something as trivial as a bunch of pituitary cases slamming each other into the ground boggles the mind. It can only mean that every person that still has a house to live in was watching the game, and if not, they were watching something even more insipid (if that's even possible) called the Miss Something-or-other Silicone and Botox Showcase.
It's maddening, really. Our entire civilization is crumbling around us and all people can do is plant their fat, drunken asses on a couch and completely zone out, stirring only to empty the bladder and refill it. Nero Agrippa would be so proud to see that modern Caesars have perfected the bread and circuses. People spent more time this weekend worrying whether that was a fair catch, than whether the legal system is fair. They spent inordinate amounts of time worrying about a penalty call on their favorite piles of meat, than cops killing 8th graders. They spent gobs more time worrying about the quarterback's passing record than Bammy's human rights record.
Dear God, do us all a favor and bring on the Second Coming. There's little left of human compassion and higher reasoning and high culture down here.
A big part of the problem with America was highlighted by a friend a while back who went home for a visit. You see, here in Indonesia, everyone spends their time outside visitng with neighbors, doing chores, playing in the park. Everyone knows their neighbors (which can be a blessing and curse, really). But back home, he said, the streets were virtually deserted. Not anything unusual, just the normal course of things. No one goes outside. There's little or no social interaction. People lock themselves in gilded prisons and suck up electrons. If it doesn't plug in, it isn't real. And that goes for everything from cooking to sex.
The west has completely lost it. Folks not only can't distinguish between reality and cyber worlds, they can't properly prioritize anything any more. When a nation invests 93 MILLION man-hours in a game, but can't lift a finger to fight injustice, creeping dictatorships and a dying economy, then they really don't deserve anything better.
Don't get me wrong, it ain't all peaches and cream in the east, either. Over here it's Korean boy/girl bands and anime hair styles and gaudy consumerism is slowly sliding in to cultures that have never really had thriving middle classes. It's still in the nascent stages here and there's time to stop it, but I'm not holding my breath. The Madison Ave a$$holes have made a fine art out of getting you to buy crap you don't need to project images to people who don't care to achieve status that means nothing.
I've known multi-millionaires who live in humble houses and drive used cars, and I've known credit card queens who live like Solomon in all his glory, but own nothing. The happy ones are always the humble ones. They don't worry about a lot of hooey to impress people who don't care.
The Romans perfected an architectural technique called facadeism. In fact, Indonesians are pretty good at it too. They could sculpt anything from concrete. You could live in a cardboard shack, but the front would look like the pharaoh's summer house. It's more commonly called making silk purses from sow's ears. That is Madicon Ave in a nutshell.
I crave the day when I see a headline like, "TeeVee viewership at all-time lows!" But somehow, I don't think that will happen in my lifetime. That people waste so much time on such a passive occupation in a zombie-like state is very telling of our society today. It's almost comical how many people do solitary things en masse. The sheer lunacy of it all would have me rolling on the floor laughing if the world weren't in such a state of affairs.
What will it take to get folks to focus that much attention on something that matters? I'm rather afraid of the answer.

What will it take to get folks to focus that much attention on something that matters? I'm rather afraid of the answer.
93 MILLION man-hours.
Amazing.

Reader Rites
Getting widespread distribution and having a provocative topic is both a blessing and a curse. As a writer, it's always exciting when your work is read and even more exciting when it evokes immediate reaction from readers. I know from many years in network television and marketing that when people take pen to hand, something has moved then deeply enough to put forth an effort.
The curse is a full inbox and I'm not the fastest responder in the East, at that. But many of the email I received deserves to be heard, as much for what they say, as for what they don't say.
With that, I'd like to share some of them with readers. Be forewarned that some of the language is adult in nature, so more sensitive readers are cautioned up front.
The first one I want to share speaks volumes in so few words:
There was an time when the older folks were revered for their experience alone. This writer learned some valuable lessons from his life that would be excellent teachings for younger generations. Yet he feels left out and rejected, unable to do more than 'forward' other peoples' work.
First off, getting the message out in any form to anyone is a valuable service in itself. Those who have the time and inclination to educate and awaken others is a positive and worthwhile effort by any standard.
Second, in these few short words are clear examples of what we are doing wrong. We have allowed a small group of evil elite to dangle sparklies in front of our eyes and tell us that the pursuit of these things is the meaning of life. We;ve been snowed into thinking that having vast selections of sparklies is freedom, but it's nothing more than a gilded cage. Teaching others about this is a fundamental necessity. If we can't see the bars, we will never know we are in a cage.
I've mentioned before, and it bears repeating, there's nowhere to run and hide. But it works both ways. Both sides are stuck on a single globe and there are few frontiers left. Some folks have suggested that I ran away by leaving the States. Au contraire. I simply changed position because the one I was in was drawing a lot of fire. There is no place to run away. No matter where you are, it will come if it isn't already there.
Many of the letters ask where's the target. They want to fight back, which is a natural impulse when you first wake up to this mess, but they don't know from which direction the sorties are coming.
That's because the war is in our minds and spirits. The enemy is trying to break us, trying to turn prize stallions into draft horses. The battle is taking back your mind and your culture. This makes it the worst kind of war, because so many of us are ill-prepared for it. We can shoot, or throw a rock, but how do you fight a shadow?
The answer is begin with good information. Educating yourself makes you less vulnerable to the siren songs of the media and consumerism that have replaced our true culture with the veneer of sophistication. As our first writer found, it's all empty once you get it in your hands, like cotton candy. It just melts away leaving hardly a residue behind.
This one from someone with parallel experiences to my own, it seems. The poem mentioned is quite good and if I get permission, I would like to share it at a later time. Also need to meet up with this guy!
People have withdrawl symptoms when they cut it out of their lives. They feel empty and restless, and will actually stare at a blank screen for hours. Folks are faced with nearly a third or more of their lives that they didn't know existed, once they turn the evil thing off, and it's scary to a lot of people.
There's a proven hypnotic effect from TeeVee that leaves viewers susceptible to suggestion and sub-conscious manipulation. Even with my considerable experience in producing mass media, and a degree in the subject, I still find myself occasionally being taken in by it. That's why the TeeVee in my house is rarely on more than two hours a month.
The reader's letter shows that there are many experts who are aware of this problem, and it should give pause to anyone before clicking the ON button. Trust me when I say that this one act of turning off the TeeVee is revolutionary in itself.
There are many more fine letters waiting for me in the in-box. It will take a considerable amount of my weekend to answer them all adequately. I must say, though, that I am humbled and edified by the responses, and deeply grateful to the many websites that have picked up this and other articles.
We are faced with a War of Ideas, and getting good ones out there is half the battle. It's the classic ripple effect. When something you do or say sparks action in others, then we are on the road to victory. We must be very cautious, though, to avoid violence and destructive acts. They only serve to feed the Beast, which thrives on such things. Self-education and teaching are our most effective weapons, and they require nothing more than genuine human contact.
The key concept I was trying to get across in previous articles is something we all learned in grade school. Whenever the teacher turned her back is when the mayhem broke out. In many ways, that is how we fight this enemy. Wear them out. Overtax their tools of control. Keep them running in so many directions trying to stop us that they give up.
In Texas, we call it herding cats. The Chinese call it the death of a thousand cuts. Whatever you call it, the important part is to do anything in your power to confound the enemy. The best part is that groups of one are impossible to infiltrate.
Be creative. THEY hate that!

This letter is so indicative of our culture. That anyone can believe they are lesser or useless means that we have failed as a society to find the value in every member of it.The problem with you is you have more brains and balls than the rest of us.In my case I screwed around chasing money and pussy till I got too old to be worth a shit to anyone. Now, all I can do is distribute the work of better men than I ever was or will be, and it takes me 80+ hours a week to do even that. Then again at 71 what the fuck else is there left within my abilities to do in this totally unexpected clusterfuck?I have determined to create enough noise so they come looking for me, and find an old man with a shit load of ammo. That beats the hell out of rotting in some cell.

This letter brings up some excellent points. One, the battle isn't anywhere in particular, it's everywhere and nowhere. Next, a lot of people feel the need to fight something, but they are confused. This isn't two armies meeting on a field to duke it out. It's shadow boxing. My heart bleeds for the world today especially your homeland of the USA. I know if Scotland ever needed me I would be there in a second. But that too is awash with deceipt and corruption. I must make a stand from where I am.I get so confused a lot of the time listening to people who profess to have the answer and nothing happens.I believe in TRUTH and JUSTICE. Deep down in the heart of every human being lies the truth. It cannot be coerced by media, newspapers, governments, friends, schools and colleges etc. It is self evident.I am just starting on my journey in trying to awaken people around me for make no mistake its coming to the UK too, albeit at a slower time frame. I see it happening with each passing day, andi,m not having it without the fight of my life!!Its time I feel for heroes to arise both in the USA and here in Europe. Heroes stand for TRUTH, JUSTICE and LIBERTY, not just for themselves but for every innocent human being that suffers anywhere.

Liked the article on Henry's site, I am an Australian who has come to the same conclusions, had huge life changes after 9/11. Now live in East Java with my newly married wife. I am currently in Australia but return in late Jan. I have found new direction and meaning in Indonesia and feel more productive with my time and energy.I am a cottage industry film maker and much of my work deals with personal freedom. I have experienced similar observations in Australia with the TV watching population. After years of bewilderment I sat up one night and wrote a poem about this terrible weapon . It's brutal and angry but i hope u like it.I can't stress enough the need to turn off the TeeVee. Most folks are ill-prepared to grapple with the issues surrounding this one device. With 40 years of experience in mass media, I can speak with authority when I say that TeeVee is the most dangerous, insidious and ubiquitous weapons in the War on Mind.
People have withdrawl symptoms when they cut it out of their lives. They feel empty and restless, and will actually stare at a blank screen for hours. Folks are faced with nearly a third or more of their lives that they didn't know existed, once they turn the evil thing off, and it's scary to a lot of people.

In The Blink Of A Pixel

Be sure to check in this weekend for what should be an interesting update on acupuncture as treatment for multiple sclerosis.
I can think of many reasons to avoid TeeVee like the plague.
Not only does it destroy the lives and minds of those who sit in front of it, it positively consumes the souls of those behind it. Fame is a powerful drug and people will do anything for it. The result is hollow people. They are literally devoid of identity, empty shells filled only with the attention and adulation of others.
I have spent my life in mass media, first as a child model and political prop, later in the theatrical arts both on and off stage, and finally working in film and TeeVee. I have seen how it eats people, and there, but for the grace of God, go I.
I spent some time working in Hollywood, watching people literally selling their souls for fame. I was drawn down into a life of cocaine for breakfast and barbs to sleep. When i wasn't working, I was partying, because that's what people do there. I have met some of the glitteratti, and the experience scared me. I woke up one day wondering what the hell I was doing, and the next morning I was hitch-hiking back to Houston.
During that time, I worked on about 27 films, including two of my own. Yes, you've heard of them, kind of. The concepts were stolen outright by major networks and I never received a dime.
I was working in evening news for a major network affiliate. I was an editor and cameraman. I would often receive assignments where I was told what angle the management wanted on the story, even before I got there to start shooting it.
I was sent to South Africa one time by a National network as a stringer (freelance cameraman). I was supposed to gather footage of race riots. In ten days, I never heard of one, much less saw one. We did get a call one afternoon because some folks were yelling and throwing rocks at each other.. When we arrived, it turned out to be two black families fighting over a chicken, throwing sticks and rocks at each other across the street. I rolled on it anyway. Two days later, my footage was shown on National TeeVee as scenes of racial unrest in Transvaal. I quit and never looked back.
I've done corporate and industrial media, toured with rock bands and even did a short stint with the circus. Most of the memories are quite sad, really. I met a lot of empty people making empty product for empty minds. I created very effective marketing pieces for things I didn't believe in, and in some cases, actually was repulsed by. I did my job, none-the-less. I created hours of content for nationally syndicated shows, most of it utter bullshit.
Many of the people behind your TeeVee are really vacuous, vacant meat bags. They have no ideas or sense of reality. Everything they know is fake and fleeting. They live for one thing, your attention. And they are perfect tools for those who would eat your soul.
The people who control them, and us, are never seen or heard. They are invisible decision-makers who know exactly what they are doing to us. They are fully conscious and aware of the power they wield, and they know what they want from us: complete and total dependence.
One of the best films of all time, not just for its artistry and innovation, is Orson Welles' "Citizen Kane." There is a lot of truth in it. Though Welles swore up and down that it wasn't about Bill Hearst, it quite plainly is, as well as being autobiographical about its creator. It is deeply critical of media, while at the same time being one of the masterpieces of it. The decent of the main character into cynicism and pure contempt for the people who consumed the product, is not only a performance by a genius of the medium, but one of the most honest portrayals of the people behind the glitz.
The people behind the scenes despise us. They see us as rubes to be taken for all we have. They loathe us because they can dangle any amount of rubbish in front of us, and we make them filthy rich buying it up. We just can't get enough.
They literally can make us do anything they want.
I have tried in various ways for years to make mass media a required subject in school. There is nothing that affects more than media, and nothing we understand less. Of course, with the state of education any more, we are lucky to know anything at all.
The average person really has no idea what they unleash into their homes and their minds when they turn on the TeeVee. It is an art and a science, but it is also the highest form of magick. It is literally true that we fall under a spell the minute we push the button. I guarantee the one thing that would change the world is to turn off the TeeVee.
I also guarantee that turning off the TeeVee is probably the least likely thing that will happen in our lifetimes.
Admit it...we're hooked.

In one of those weird little Universe jokes, Peter Fonda tells his grandkids to roll up their sleeves against Obama (we all know that's what 'bear arms' means, right?), and Dr. Paul Craig Robers comes out and says revolution is the only way out. Now, Fonda's dad, the inestimable Henry Fonda starred in a great WWII flick called, "Mr. Roberts." Coincidence? We report. You decide...

Like A Thief In The Night
Well, here it is May 21, at least in Asia. The mosques have just finished the morning call to prayer, the bird's are singing, the women are doing their exercises in the park, and the neighbor's damn rooster won't shut up. All's well and I'm still here. So can we get on with more important discussions?
Note to Harold Camping: The switch from Julian to Gregorian calendars only dropped 11 days, not a month and a half. Put that in your calculations next time.
As William Wordsworth reminded us:
The Western world is obsessed with the idea of the world ending. They are running around looking for 666 under every rock and plank. I've got news for you: 666 comes after 665 and before 667. That's the significance of the number. Heck, here in Asia, the number 6 is a lucky number and people fight each other for SIM cards that have multiple 6s in the phone number.
The whole Second Coming thing has been manufactured, first by the Catholic church, and now by all the TeeVee preachers, as a means to control your mind and to keep you from doing anything constructive to stop the globalist agenda.
In fact, christians have been so snowed and cowed that they actually support Israel and the most egregious acts of the banksters and corporatists. They are so completely brainwashed that they HELP those who would enslave the world in order to hurry along the Divine Plan.
As if they have the power to do that...
ETs, 2012, Second Coming...it's all a massive psy-op to make you complacent and (at the least) not oppose the machinations of those whose entire lives are defined by greed and power. It's the most successful and least scrutinized operation ever perpetrated on Humankind. They have installed so many psychological buttons that they can create hysteria at will. Just a trigger word or specific image (all those symbols I was gong on about) and people react in completely predictable ways.
Remeber the movie(s) called, "The Manchurian Candidate?" I've got news for you...YOU are the Manchurian Candidate. You have been brainwashed to respond to certain triggers. By watching TeeVee, the brainwashing is re-enforced daily, with practice runs occurring almost by the hour, these days.
Ask yourself this question: Why does the media hype certain events, while leaving others completely untouched?
Why would someone like Harold Camping have the ability to corner the media spotlight? Testing and re-indoctrination.
Why is Obama's birth certificate, and not his slimy policies, the primary focus of political discussion? Redirection and control of public discourse.
Why is the combination of Israel and Second Coming being combined in the headlines? To re-implant certain key concepts and elicit certain behaviors on the part of christians.
Remember the Tim Burton version of "Batman?" The Joker was killing people, not with a single poison, but with combinations of them. People had to use more than one cosmetic, like lipstick and blush together, in order to get the lethal dose.
That's what's going on in the headlines right now. If you combine them in the right order, you can clearly see the control buttons being pushed. Just for instance, Obama's going against Israel and Harold Camping is predicting the end of the world based on the Bible. Oh my God! This is IT! Most common response? Do nothing. Just crawl into a church and pray for the end. No resistance. No thinking. Just pure emotional response. A clear sign of brainwashing.
Even those who aren't christian are susceptible. If one lives within a culture and consumes the cultural icons and media, one is programmed just like everyone else.
There is a relationship between the incredible ramp-up of globalist efforts right now and the multi-year programming in the media related to 2012 and Rapture. They are confident that they have effectively indoctrinated enough people now that they can control the masses, even if there are a few of us out here that clearly see what's going on.
They may be right. Every try to talk to someone who is thoroughly brainwashed about topics such as these? They get violently angry and completely shut down, but if you stop talking about it, they return to normal almost immediately. It's really strange to watch, but it's a clear indication of very deep sub-conscious implants.
How is it done? Turn on a TeeVee at night with all the lights off. Then go in another room where you can't see the TeeVee, but you can see the light. Notice the flickering. Now, go look at the studies of brainwaves in people watching TeeVee. Notice how they enter alpha-wave and beta-wave states? Those are patterns similar to sleep, but in comeone who is still (slightly) conscious.
So, you turn on the TeeVee and the flickering light at certain frequencies, combined with the alpha- and beta-wave brain waves, make you very susceptible to suggestion. While you are there on the couch, relaxed and guard down, messages are being implanted in your sub-conscious mind through the use of trigger words and manipulation of symbols.
A lot of folks will think this is all woo-woo and tin-foil hat stuff. But, I have worked in media and entertainment for my entire life. I have worked for all the major networks in the US, and quite a few worldwide. I have worked on dozens of movies. I have toured stage shows and rock bands. I have a degree in Radio/TV/Film (now know as Mass Media) and have studied film and TeeVee history. I have won awards for my work from peers and critics. I know what I'm talking about. I am guilty of having consciously manipulated symbols and trigger words to elicit certain responses from audiences.
I stands to reason that if I was part of the effort to program people, I can be part of the effort to deprogram them, as well.
I've said it before and I'll say again now. Stop watching TeeVee for one week. Don't look at any TeeVee screen anywhere for any reason. Then notice the difference in your thinking from the beginning of the week until the end.
The sum of recent events tells me that the Controllers are desperate. They are off their time-line and they are worried that the Cloak of Darkness is wearing thin, and light is seeping through. That desperation is a proof that we are powerful and we are capable of fighting back by doing nothing more than ignoring them. When we pay attention to their programming and give them the power to control us, we hand them the keys to the world and our minds.
Take away their power and they scramble back into the gutter like so many cockroaches.
Which do you prefer? Having power over your own life and destiny? Or being manipulated and controlled like a puppet?
It truly is your choice.
Note to Harold Camping: The switch from Julian to Gregorian calendars only dropped 11 days, not a month and a half. Put that in your calculations next time.
As William Wordsworth reminded us:
The world is too much with us; late and soon,
Getting and spending, we lay waste our powers;—
Little we see in Nature that is ours;
We have given our hearts away, a sordid boon!
The Western world is obsessed with the idea of the world ending. They are running around looking for 666 under every rock and plank. I've got news for you: 666 comes after 665 and before 667.
