Sequestering A Nation

Here's something you are not likely to see anywhere in the mainstream media:

se·ques·ter [si-kwes-ter]
verb (used with object)
1. to remove or withdraw into solitude or retirement; seclude.
2. to remove or separate.
3. Law. to remove (property) temporarily from the possession of the owner; seize and hold, as the property and income of a debtor, until legal claims are satisfied.
4. International Law. to requisition, hold, and control (enemy property).
Origin:
1350–1400; Middle English sequestren  < Latin sequestrāre  to put in hands of a trustee, derivative of sequester  trustee, depositary

I draw the reader's attention to the last two definitions, having to do with law, and the etymology of the word.  Focus on the use of words like debtor, enemy and trustee.

Now, if you've been under a rock lately, the US government is on the verge of entering sequestration.  A law passed about a year and a half ago required Congress to find a solution to the US debt or face 'sequester'.  Since Congress is the national law-making body of the US and it is chock full of lawyers, we can safely assume that the use of the word 'sequester' was chosen for its legal meanings.

Furthermore, depending on which set of conspiracy theories you subscribe to, the US has been under international maritime law since the late 1800s, about the time the gold fringe of admiralty law began appearing on flags used in political and religious settings.

Mr. and Mrs. America, you are either a debtor whose property (your country) has been seized to pay a debt, or you are an enemy combatant whose national treasure has been seized to repay war damages.  Take your pick; the result is the same.  Personally, I think it doesn't matter either way, though I come down on the side of the former.

In a nutshell, what has happened is that Congress failed to come up with a plan to repay the national debt to the holders of that debt, namely the 12 private banking houses that own the Federal Reserve.  As a consequence, the Federal Reserve has placed the nation in receivership under a Trustee, whoever that may be.

All property of US citizens, especially those which have mortgages, liens, etc., is now under the control of the Trustee and may be liquidated to service the debt.  Clear titles may be a bit stickier, but I doubt owners with clear title will have the knowledge or where-with-all to put up much of a fight when the knock comes at the door.

If the latter case of war damages is true, then the US has lost some war somewhere and is now a captive nation of war under an as yet unseen reparations tribunal.  Therefore, all property of the State is under the control of the victor(s), who may opt to liquidate or remove the property as repayment of damages from the war (c.f. Germany post-WW1 & 2).

It is possible that both definitions are intended by the sequester law, as the debt holder may perceive Mr. and Mrs. America as potential combatants once they realize what exactly has taken place, especially if/when they become aware that their birth certificates make them 'property' of the State and thus, under the control of the Trustee.

All of which sheds new light on events of the past several years.  The increased use of domestic surveillance is to allow the Trustee to keep an eye on any and all 'property', whether human or material; the wholesale buying of ammunition by government agencies to enforce the Trustee's rights; the privatization of prisons; the Supreme Court decisions debasing the rule of law; and the list goes on.

You see, once the US is under receivership, then the rule of law is suspended.  The only thing with any force is the rule of the Trustee.  As an agent of the Trustee, the presidency becomes a de facto dictatorship, making Executive Orders the will of the Trustee and the only form of law in the country.

Think of what happens when an individual files for Chapter 11 bankruptcy.  The court appoints a Trustee who is in charge of enforcing the court's orders on the property and income of the individual.  The court decides which bills will be paid, how much and when.  If necessary, the court will begin liquidating property in order to pay off debts.  Various law enforcement agencies can be employed to protect the interests of the debt holder and prevent the individual from interfering with these proceedings.

Sound familiar?

Once the sequester law takes effect, most likely the president will be appointed Trustee in order to maintain the appearance of 'normalcy'.  This will prevent the 'property' from figuring things out too fast while the debt holder liquidate the holdings of the nation.  In the event the population figures out what is happening, then the command and control system, which has been built up over the past 15 years, will kick in to protect the interests of the debt holders from irate former owners.  It's kind of like when the sheriff comes to oversee the auction of a foreclosed property.

What does this mean for expats?  Well, open your passport and find the words "property of the United States government".  That should be enough.  It is conceivable that all passports will be rescinded and the holders forced to return to the US, or at best be restricted from traveling while a full reckoning of their personal holdings can be completed.  Much of this scenario depends on what happens and how fast it happens back home.

A lot of folks are going to read this and poo-poo the whole thing.  They will default to 'business as usual' mode and tell themselves this would 'never happen in America'.  These same people will refuse to read the sequester law, nor will they look up the word 'sequester' in a law dictionary (or any dictionary really).  These are the people who chided the EU for their 'austerity' efforts, little realizing that it was all a sneak preview of what's to come.

At the moment I am writing this, each US citizen is in hock to the tune of over $1 million dollars for the national debt, the budget overruns and all unfunded liabilities (government handouts).  The debt holder wants his pound of flesh...NOW!

In light of all this, let's review the events of the past 15 years...the Clinton budget balancing act, the offensive wars to control energy centers, the gold repatriation efforts, the bearer bond busts, the currency and computer wars, the growth of Russian and Chinese economic influence, the bank bailouts, the controlling interests in major US corporations (AIG, GM, et al.), the movement in Germany to exit the EU, and even the recent snubs of the new SecState John Kerry.  They are all symptoms of a nation desperately trying to pay off its debts, and of other nations in the know trying to unload their dollar-denominated assets and distance themselves from the US.  Think of the latter as vendors who smell a rat and stop extending credit to a buyer.

The Big Game is about to come to a crashing halt and 99% of Americans are blissfully unaware of what is being waved under their noses.  All this attention to 'sequester' is little more than the PTB giving themselves an out when the SHTF.  They can say, "Hey, we've been talking about this for years!"  The problem is, they've been using covert language that most ignorant Americans don't understand and wouldn't bother to look up in the dictionary, if they even knew how to use one.

My question is, once the sequester law goes into effect, will the media and their controllers open up finally?  Or will they pretend as if nothing has happened to try to keep the Big Game going just a little longer?  I come down on the side of the latter.  Can't wake 'em all up at once.  It will make it far more difficult to liquidate and get paid.

Without gloating, I have to say, "Told you so," and so did a lot of other people.  Ron Paul comes to mind, along with Gerald Celente, George Ure, and a bunch of other rather bright folks.

The deed is done.  It remains only to see how the masses react when the fog clears and the Big Tit runs dry.

Crunch And Burn

60x24=1440
1440x60=86,400
86,400x365=31,536,000
31,536,000x3,000=94,608,000,000

Yeah, I know.  Doing math has never been one of my favorite pastimes.  Even when I want to know the answer, I prefer to let people who like that stuff crunch the numbers and I just happily accept whatever they tell me.  But bear with me for a minute.  There's a method to my cyphering here.

The last number on the list up there represents the number of seconds in 3,000 years, give or take a few leap days and dinner at Sardi's.  Why in the hell would I want to know that?  Because I needed a little perspective on things.

If you received one dollar a second all day, every day, for 3,000 years, you'd have $94 billion bux and change.  Heck, each day, you'd wake up with $86,000 more than you went to bed with.  At that rate, you could buy a McMansion every week, for cash.

So why am I lashing you, dear reader, with all these numbers?  Why have I chosen this Valentine's Day 2012, the fourth anniversary of my Asian adventure, to torture and main with mathematics?

Well, if you look at the bottom line, you'll notice that in 3,000 years, you'd only have about one tenth of one trillion dollars, meaning it would take 30,000 years of earning one dollar every second to get one trillion dollars.  Therefore, at this rate it would take 450,000 years to pay off the US national debt, assuming no compounding interest with repayment at 86,400 buckaroos every day.

According to the US debt clock, which I have conveniently linked in the side bar for your handy reference, says that consumer debt in the US is $2.5 trillion.  Mortgage debt (again US only) is $13.4 trillion.  The number which makes my eyes fall out and my brain short circuit is the total unfunded obligations for debt and social programs and pensions is...wait for it...$118 trillion dollars.

It would take an entire geologic age to pay that off with out $86,000/day, every day, 365 days a year (with leap days off).  Don't know about you, but I've never seen $86,000 at one time in my entire life, much less every day for a couple of million years.

To put it another way, if every man, woman and child on Earth (7 billion give or take a pro football team) forked over $16,714 right this very minute, the US would just get back to 0.

I don't know about you, but that astounds me.  I mean, there are Stone Age tribes here in Indonesia whose entire life imcomes per capita will never equal that much, and we haven't even gotten to the Amazon yet, much less Africa.

John D. Rockefeller
Look how much pain and suffering Greece's mere EUR345 billion has caused.  In fact, the combined debt of the PIIGS (Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece, Spain) is less than a fifth of the US unfunded liabilities, and that's causing millions of people to lose everything and governments to become unstable, and riots in the streets, and the possible collapse of a currency.

The average US citizen with a bachelor's degree can expect to earn about $52,200/year.  That means with no interruptions and a 40 years career, he or she will earn roughly $2 million in their entire life.  Roughly 40% of the US population have a BA.  That ain't gonna cover it, sorry.

Even if you manage to get through your whole life and rack up a house and a car that are paid off, and stash away some cash and investments that get you through to a hole in the ground, your kids will have to sell all of it just to pay the onerous 50% death tax on your estate.  That hardly gives them a leg up on the next generation, and that's assuming lawyers and other bottom feeders don't descend on your scratchings to challenge this and claim that.  And if there's 10 cents left in your account, believe me, they will.

The question I have is: Why is anyone supporting and defending a system/paradigm that is in no way supporting and defending them?  You scramble all your life to build a family and an estate on the pittance that the banksters and government leeches leave after interest and taxes.  Then, when you die, it's all stolen at the point of a gun so that your family has to do the same for the remainder of their lives.

It's a vicious and cynical circle designed to maximize the amount of wealth stolen from you, and minimize the amount of services and benefits returned to you.  If at any point you don't pay the Syndicate's protection fees, they take it all and throw you in jail, thus likely impoverishing you for the rest of your natural born days.

Frankly, when you take a cold, hard look at this mess, why would anyone want to continue it?  Why not let it all fail and start over.  That's likely to be less painful in the long run than the endless bailouts and government buy-outs and welfare programs buying cell phones and service for those who don't deserve them using your money.  You're also paying for housing, health insurance and food for other people at the point of a gun, when you can barely (if at all) provide those things for yourself and your family.

The System is broken, at least for the vast majority of us in the Pile.  For those at the top, life's a gravy train of undeserved and unearned bonuses, holidays, vacations, and country club memberships paid for with your broken back.

Bammy's gotten in more rounds of golf in the past month than I've had in the past 20 years.  In fact, I haven't gotten in a single round since he became president.  And his rounds are paid for by us, as are his lavish family jaunts around the world on our airplane.

Congress gets rich retirement accounts, special health care and recreation facilities, tasty paychecks, and an entire phone book of other benefits paid for with our sweat and toil.

The banksters get grossly huge bonuses, Ivory Tower offices, Manhattan suites and upstate summer homes, and at least one paid day off every month for what?  Lending you a few bucks until payday and sticking you with disgusting interest rates that make pawn shop loan sharks look like upstanding members of society.

Let it fail.  It's not worth saving.  The System is corrupt and evil and is designed to benefit the very few on the backs of the decreasing number of truly productive members of this so-called society.

Athens, Greece
Since Bammy took office, the US national debt has gone from $10 trillion to $15 trillion.  The number of US families is 83 million.  They could have handed every family in the US $60,000 today.  Think what that would do for the economy.  Instead, it was all given to a bunch of vile, decrepid old men who ran the country into the dust in the first place, and then wanted us to bail them out when they screwed the pooch.  How much sense does that make, at least from the point of view of the vast majority of us.

You've seen the numbers now.  Do you really think this System is supportable?  Do you honestly think that this will all end in a bed of roses?  Do you honestly think that it can be sustained much longer?  The US debt alone is already at staggering levels, and it's only one of 190 or so countries, most of which are in the same boat to some extent or another.  And they all owe the same cabal of twisted, life-sucking greed mongers.

"Athens Burning," the headline reads.  Coming to a town near you, sooner than any of us would like to think.

18.5.11

Let’s take a moment to ponder some numbers.  No math, just visualization.
A million is one thousand thousands.  A billion is one thousand millions.  A trillion is one thousand billions.  And the US national debt (not counting entitlements and other obligations) is $14,3 trillion.  That’s more than fourteen thousand billions.
Bill Gates, of Microsoft infamy, is said to be worth about $56 billion, give or take a night at the Sofitel Times Square.  So, 14.3 trillion divided by 56 billion is 255 Bill Gates to pay off the US national debt.  Considering he’s got more piles of paper than just about anyone else on the face of the planet, I would guess that it would be next to impossible to pay the debt.
Put another way, it would take every man, woman and child within the borders of the US paying $47,667, to pay off the debt.  Now, according the US Census Bureau, the average income per person over the age of 14 in 2006, was $26,036.  By this measure, every human being in the US would have to give up two years’ salary to pay back what Congress has so liberally borrowed.
One final take on this matter is to look at Gross Domestic Product, or the entire output of the US economy in one year, which in 2009 amounted to $14.15 trillion.
In other words, the country is broke.
Why does this matter?  Well, when the largest economy on Earth goes tits-up, it tends to take a lot of the world with it.  The fall of the Roman empire, arguably the largest economy of its day, at least in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.  When it crashed and burned, it left a black hole in history that took 500 years to recover from.
Granted, things moved a lot slower back then, and what replaced the secular Roman empire (the Holy Roman Empire) was not exactly into promoting private wealth and welfare.  In fact, they burned, hung and excommunicated a great number of folks who were trying to build a strong middle class.  Galileo just happened to notice that some things in the sky didn’t circle the Earth, and look what that got him.
Certainly, there are strong and emerging economies, primarily in Asia, that could step in to fill the gap, but likely their moment of glory would not include the Americas or Europe.  The latter would have to muddle through on their own, and who knows how long it would take before those regions would even be moderately comfortable.
When one is in the midst of a major shift, such as the downfall of the US Empire, it’s often hard to perceive the events that are swirling over one’s head.  On a micro scale (standing in your yard), everything seems pretty much normal for a while.  Later, things start to change ever so slightly: no more Sunday drives in the country, more chicken than beef, letting some home repairs slip.  Then a bigger hit: taking the kids out of private school, down-sizing the family wagon, letting major home repairs slip.
It truly is a case of boiling frogs; day by day, you don’t really notice it, until one day you look around and think, “Hey!  Where did my quality of life go?”
I think there are two reasons I am relatively free right now, 1) I refused to buy a house unless I could pay more than 50% down, and finance the remainder in less than 10 years, and 2) I bought a lot of gold and silver when it was $270 and $5, respectively, after selling all my stocks and closing my 401(k).  That was 1999.
I took a 10% tax whack on the 401(k), which was replaced by a 500% profit on the metals and 0% loss in the several crashes since that time.  Then they changed the rules to prevent people from cosing out their 401(k)s.  Why?  Well, that brings us to the point of today’s diatribe.

"....The Obama Administration will raid federal retiree programs to help pay for government programs.
"The Washington Post" reported:

The Obama administration will begin to tap federal retiree programs to help fund operations after the government lost its ability Monday to borrow more money from the public, adding urgency to efforts in Washington to fashion a compromise over the debt.

The proverbial writing was on the wall, with this one.  It was only a matter of time until politicians started salivating over the pile of paper with pretty pictures sitting in these retirement accounts (indeed, in ANY account, soon enough).  At this very moment, it’s ‘just’ federal employees and military folks, but make no mistake, your 401(k) is in the chute and will come to the butcher’s hand sooner than laer.

How can they do this?  The answer is quite simple, yet complex at the same time.  You see, they own you, all that you have, and the productive output of your entire life.  And when you die, they take whatever you leave behind.

I hear you scoff.  Most folks do.  But, you are, in fact, property of the state.  The Certificate of Title and Deed is what we commonly call the birth certificate.  The mechanism is a little-known ‘conspiracy theory,’ known as “The Strawman.”

Here’s a brief description of how it works: in the late 1800s, most Western nations were incorporated under the auspices of the Vatican (which is why US presidents always run to Rome shortly after getting seated).  When you were born, a ‘certificate’ was issued that effectively made you a wholly-owned subsidiary of USA, Inc.  That made you, your output and your possessions liable for the debt of USA, Inc.  Before incorporation, most people’s births were written in a ‘family bible,’ or some other personal and private document.  The only reason for a census, in fact, is because most births weren’t registered in some cental database.

Have you ever noticed that ALL legal and official documents have your name in all-capital letters?  That’s the name of your corporation.  You’re not told this because if you know it, then it’s possible for you to control YOUR corporation.  You are CEO, after all.  Oh, and the registration number for your corporation’s filing?  It’s called a Social Security number.
I know you’re skeptical.  I was, too.  It was all rather voodoo-sounding and pretty outrageous, when I first started looking at it.  Later, after I learned more, I was able to drive around in my car with no tags, inspection, registration, or driver’s license, and I got over 100 tickets dismissed.

If you Google, “The Strawman Theory,” it brings up over 600,000 hits.  Most of the information will get you thrown in jail.  I know from personal experience.  There are two sites I trust to have fairly good information.  One is ShowMeTheLaw, and the other is LegalForum.  The folks who run these have their heads screwed on straight when it comes to educating others, and using this information.

The first thing you should do, though, is get a copy of Black’s Legal Dictionary (or click here).  Start by looking up words you THINK you know, like “bill,” “note,” “vehicle,” “transportation,” and the list goes on.  Oh, “person” is another really god one.  These are all words that people use commonly in court and other legal matters, without having the first clue what they are saying in ‘legalese.’  You must learn to differentiate between ‘terms’ and ‘words’ immediately.

The next step is buying as much gold and silver as you can, without showing an ID or making a record of the sale (difficult, but possible).  You can also try to get your 401(k) money.  There used to be a number of ‘qualifying events,’ such as tuition, medial bils, etc.

Finally, and this is the one I most enjoy, fill out ALL forms (public, private, etc.) using both upper and lower case letters, and if anything asks for your country of birth, do NOT put USA, US, United States, etc.  Use only the name of your state, province or other political division.  Again, use upper and lower case letters.

Most importantly, do NOT give your Social Security number for anything.  Get cash-card cell phones at Wally Mart.  Buy things with cash.  Shop at flee markets and mom-and-pop stores.  Think about everything you do and what traces you leave, and start reducing them as close to zero as you can.

The rest is study.  A lot of study.  Learning the truth about the world around you is half the battle.  The other half is using the information you learn.
Why is this at all important in your life?  Go back to the top and look at the US national debt, then re-read the article about Congress scooping money out of personal pensions.  Then take stock of everything you ‘own’ for which you gave a Social Security number to get (house, car, etc.).  That’s what you stand to lose.

The root of all evil today is the “Strawman.”  It is the reason why the Constitution means nothing and warrantless searches are approved by the courts, and so on ad infinitem.  One of the truest things in the Bible is the line, “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”

Thus, the secret to life is knowledge, and using it effectively is wisdom.  Time to get a little of both.
