Strawmen And Tar Babies

I've been getting some really great email the past couple of weeks.  Thanks to henrymakow.com, rense.com and davidicke.com picking up one of my articles, my readership has nearly doubled and folks are sending in great messages.  I only wish I could answer them faster.

"The Matrix is a system, Neo. That system is our enemy. But when you're inside, you look around, what do you see? Businessmen, teachers, lawyers, carpenters. The very minds of the people we are trying to save. But until we do, these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it."

One reader asked me if I believed in Atlantis.  Gosh, he's in trouble.  Questions like that can fill books with responses.  The short answer is yes.  The longer answer is that as a concept of a Golden Age, I believe there is a preponderance of evidence for at least one, if not more, highly advanced civilizations that inhabited at least Earth, and probably the Moon, Mars and one or more moons of Saturn.  The dates would be around 65 million years ago and 3 million years ago.  We are all that's left of the last one.

I could go on at length on this question.  The answer is rather fascinating, at least to me.  But there was another email that I thought was more immediate, and somewhat easier to answer:

"Obviously you have experienced all of this first hand having been persecuted in your own country.

If I was to ask you honestly. Do you think they can be brought down? And how can we bring this about?

I am personally experiencing a lot of despair and flashing anger right now. My emotions are all over the place and I need to focus on something positive that I can and should be doing.

Any suggestions would be welcome."

To address the experience part, I'd have to say yes, I've had quite a bit.  Not as much as some, but more than others.  I've learned a few thing, at any rate.

The second part is where it gets interesting.

Yes, they can be brought down.  In fact, they are coming down even as we speak.  Not that it's entirely work of activists, to be sure.  They are being defeated by the one thing they can't accept: the Laws of Nature.

You can't go around defying the balance and harmony of the Universe forever.  At some point, no matter how smart, or rich, or cunning you think you are, the piper will get paid.  There's just no two ways about it.  Everything they are doing has been tried over and over throughout history, and in ever single case, without exception, it has failed.  Slavery, fiat economies and elitist centralized power have always collapsed under their own weight.  That they keep trying despite this record shows that they are completely and hopelessly insane, to boot.

I assume the question at hand is how can we help things along to quicken the pace of Nature's own accounting system.

In the old days, folks just showed up with pitchforks and torches and a few lengths of rope, and hung the bastards out to dry (see French Revolution).  In the current age, they have been using highly sophisticated mass mind-control techniques for a long time.  Any violent acts on the part of regular folks will not be met with favorable response from any side.

In fact, it would only serve their purposes.  They are begging for us to do that, and in fact are doing everything they can to elicit that kind of response.  It would distract and divide us, which is a well-worn tactic, and would keep us from actually seeing their Achilles' Heel.  That's exactly what they want.

They have spent a couple of centuries weaving a massive tapestry that we generally call 'daily life'.  They have pulled this thing down over our eyes and beat it into us so well that a great many folks can't imagine any alternative.  A lot of us honestly believe that if we don't play their game, that civilization will collapse.

I've got news for you.  It IS collapsing, and all because of what they have done to us.

The thinking person will see that we honestly have nothing to lose now.  We have no wealth, only debt notes for money.  We have no property.  Stop paying your taxes and you will find out rather quickly who owns your stuff (and it ain't you).  You'd have to move pretty far out in the wilderness to escape the madness, and even then you'd eventually have park rangers crawling up your keister.

So how do you fight this Beast?  How can you help to accelerate its collapse without violence and in a way that most folks can't fault you for doing?  The answer is deceptively simple:

Stop playing the game.

We are living in a massive casino being run by a mafia.  The first rule of gambling is the house ALWAYS wins.  The second rule is they make money because people keep gambling, despite knowing the first rule.  The only way to really win in a casino is to not play in the first place.  If enough people do this, then the casino is forced to shut down because revenues are not enough to cover costs.

This is one way to look at things, and its enough to start the process, but there is a better way that's more complex and daunting.  When folks begin to ponder the size of the problem, they usually get turned off from fighting and give in to what they view as inevitable servitude.  It doesn't have to be that way, but it does take a fair amount of work to be successful.

In the past, a number of people have had varying amounts of success using the strawman theory.  In order to do this correctly requires hours and hours of study to learn how the law works, and then begin extracting yourself from it.  This was the approach I chose, and I got pretty good at it.  I won many cases and had lots of successes.  However, they have backup systems for people like me.  They have Child Protection Service, which is so grossly misnamed as to nearly be laughable if it weren't so serious.  They are granted the power to kidnap your children at will, based on the flimsiest of excuses, and hold them for ransom.  The ransom usually involves you bowing to the system and paying your last dollar to them, otherwise they will kill your children, either mentally or physically.  That's just one technique, but it's very common in cases like mine.

The scale of the problem is both the problem itself, and the solution, too.  Here's the thing: every aspect of what we call daily life is part of the system.  They have carefully hooked us on gee-gaws an baubbles so that we can't imagine living without them.  They have carefully built the system to be self-enforcing.  If you want one thing, it requires another to make it useful, and the second thing requires others, and so on.

The car is very useful, but it requires financing, fuel, service, and so on.  If you want the car and the services it can provide, then you must also buy into a dozen other ancillary services to make it work, including licenses, inspections and other regulatory bullshit (at least that's what they would have us believe).

At the base of it all is this thing called money, but more properly currency, and they aren't the same.  For any and all of the services and baubles that we desire, we have to use currency.  Now the currency is nothing more than paper and ink.  It has little or no intrinsic value.  Every bit of value that it carries is strictly in our minds and in what we are told. 

We believe we need government, and the government requires taxes, and to pay the taxes requires a certain currency.  So it becomes a self-reinforcing circle jerk.  That the currency also gets us various other benefits helps to shore up the perception that the paper and ink has some kind of value.  In the end, all it does is keep us enslaved to the system at the business end of a gun.

Hardly freedom by my standard.


Given the scope and scale of this problem, it's hard to imagine where to start, if your want to extract yourself.  There is no magic bullet and no single method is all-powerful.  You have to back out the way you got in, one piece at a time.  You started with a birth certificate, worked up to a taxpayer number, a driver's license, investments and bank accounts, etc.  That's how you get out.

You have to unwind what has been wound.  Start by closing bank accounts.  Really.  You can cash paychecks at the issuing bank for free.  Get a small safe for your house, and start keeping you money there.  Believe me, you won't be losing anything, given the interest rates, and you'll save money from all the damn service charges.

Got a 401(k) or other retirement account?  At the very least, stop contributing to it.  If you can, shut it down, take the penalty hit, and put the cash in your safe.

When your driver's license expires (make sure it expires), don't renew it.  As an alternative, use a passport for official photo ID.  Better yet, just carry a nortarized copy of your birth certificate.  Perfectly legal ID pretty much everywhere I've ever been.  Driver's licenses usually issue a single number for life.  Passports change every ten years.  Not perfect, but better than nothing.

Stop buying new things at major department stores.  Instead, start payig cash for second-hand.  Takes a little extra time, but your purchase won't enrich a corporation any further than the original purchase already did.  Start a garden and learn to can foods.  Reduce your store purchases of food as low as possible.  When you can, buy from local co-ops and farmer's markets.  By-pass the institutional system and give your money directly to the guy growing the food.

Reduce your cash transactions as much as you can.  Barter, trade and find creative ways to exchange that don't involve using currency.  Worse case scenario, use gold and silver coins for trade whenever possible.

If you're really ambitious, start looking into allodial title to your land.  In Texas, once your have this title, you no longer have to pay property taxes.  This is much harder to do with property in cities that are incorporated, but with farm land and such, it's a fairly straight-forward process, though time consuming.  And you will meet with a lot of official resistance and outright oppression.  That's when you know you're on the right track.

In Texas, you're allowed to carry a gun, open or concealed, if you are traveling.  I kept a suitcase in the back of my car.  Who's to say I'm not on my way out of town?  Yes, you'll still have to fight, because so-called law enforcement officers are clueless about the law.  But at least in court, you can produce the letter of the law and get the case dismissed.

These are just some ideas for those serious about getting out of the system, or at least causing enough stress to it to accelerate its demise.  Granted, none of these are very effective if only a handful of people do them.  But if thousands, and even millions start fighting back, things will change rather quickly.  Simply closing out your bank accounts is very effective in stressing the system.  I'm not advocating bank runs here, I am talking about an orderly process of shutting down the accounts, emptying safe deposit boxes and refusing to feed the Beast.

The important part of this whole exercise is to start becoming aware of just how the matrix is constructed and by what means it entraps us.  You can't escape from a prison until you know where the walls are.  You can't pick a lock until you know how it works and can fully visualize what you are doing inside.

Notice that none of the things I have mentioned involve violence or protests.  They are simply adjusting how you go about your daily life.  It's taken your entire liife to get tangled up in this mess, so don't think you can get out without some effort on your part.

Like all habits, though, once you start changing the way you do things, it doesn't take long for it to become a habit and you hardly notice the effort anymore.  In fact, like any habit, the longer you go at it, the more you will automatically streamline the process.  You can expect disruptions at first, but they eventually smooth out.

Most importantly, you must keep in mind that the system will fight back.  It doesn't like even one person having success, because it leads to others following suit.  You must be prepared mentally and spiritually to fight.  Notice I didn't say physically...that doesn't matter, although good health is always a good idea.

One final note.  As you wake up, and others too, you will experience anger, depression, hopelessness, and frustration.  These are natural, because you have been sorely deceived by people and institutions you trust implicitly.  Channel these feelings into educating yourself and others.  Learn what you have done to get here, and the path back will become obvious.

The reason the bastards are trying so hard to shut down the internet is because it has gotten away from them.  They never envisioned it becoming a means for people to educate and activate.  They are desperate.  That shows we're winning.  With that in mind, it's much easier to push ahead.

The time is coming fast.  We must prepare ourselves inside and out for what lies ahead.  It's not enough to end the slavery that has held us for centuries, we must be ready with something to replace it when it's gone.  This is more important than any other consideration, because the system is collapsing under its own weight.  We have to decide collectively what we will do when it's gone.  For that, we need to know history and truth.

And that's the real trick.

Farce and Flatulent

It has been suspected for years, by the tin-foil crowd, that the US government has pursued a policy of using crimes involving guns to further an agenda of undermining the Second Amendment to the Constitution.


When I say "using", I am referring to the best case scenario, because the worst case scenario is that it has actually had a hand in causing the crimes in order to further a political agenda.


It is worth rereading the text of the Amendment:

"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

The first part, up to the word "State" is an adverbial phrase, providing more information about the active verb 'infringed'.  It does not limit the right, merely provides one of the conditions influencing the negation of the main verb.  Regulated, in the sense that it is used here, is a gerund (verb being used as an adjective), meaning, "to adjust so as to ensure accuracy of operation."  Militia, as defined in 18USC, is all males between the ages of 18 and 59.


In other words, all prime-aged males kept in good working order (trained) are necessary to protect a free country, and so their right to own and carry weapons (of any kind) can not be changed in any way, shape or form.


Seems pretty straight-forward to me, and with sound reasoning.  There's no ambiguity in the "shall not be infringed" part of the statement.  No weasel words or legalese...just plain ol' English (not that many folks speak it any more).


Where all this gets a bit hairy is the current administration has been caught creating crimes in order to use them to 'infringe' on the rights of individuals to own guns.  It's called Operation Fast and Furious, and the key event took place in Arizona, which seems to be a battleground right now for these sorts of things.

Seems that the federal agencies, particularly the Bureau of Alcoholics, Tobacco Subsidies, and F**k Ups (BATF), were under direct orders from the White House to violate federal law by executing 'strawman' gun purchases at local, legal gun shops, transferring the guns to Mexican drug runners, and then waiting for the inevitable murders that could be traced back to gun sales in the US.  This, in turn, would be hyped in order to create a national backlash and create more 'infringement' on personal rights.


The murders would be combined with the attempted assassination of CONgresswoman Giffords way back at the beginning of last year.  She was chosen because her husband is a big hero astronaut, so they could tie all the nationalistic pride up into it.  They used a brainwashed Jewish kid who went to the same synagogue as Giffords, and who vlogged all kinds of nonsensical claptrap and was amped on psychotropic drugs (again those damn pills).


These gun-related incidents in a state with fairly liberal gun laws would then be spun into a national froth to disarm everyone (except the criminals, of course).


But then, a BATF agent was killed in Arizona using guns that were purchased under Operation Fast and Furious.  That led to questions, which led to cover-ups, which have now led directly to the door of the Oval Office.  You may recall some time ago, Obama said that they 'had a plan to institute gun control,' just wait and see. He was obviously referring to Fast and Furious, though that egg has exploded in his face, it seems.


At this point, we're going to do a thought experiment.  I'm going to mention a term, and I want you to consciously record the images and feelings that pop into your mind.  Here goes...


ASSAULT WEAPON


Now, if you've been a good little citizen and taken your daily propaganda fix, then the images that came to mind in the first instant included military-style rifles, criminals, drugs (non-prescription), feelings of fear and anger, etc.


The legal definition of assault is to attack someone, and a weapon is anything used to hurt someone.  As such, an assault weapon can be pretty much anything you can imagine, including words, used to attack someone.  A slice of bread and duct tape can be assault weapons.  A high-ball glass or piano wire can be assault weapons.  In fact, just reading Agatha Christie and P. D. James novels will give you a veritable what's-what of assault weapons.  So why, in particular, did a military rifle come to mind?


Because you are mind-controlled.


So here's the thing: from all appearances, the White House gave the order to a federal agency to make illegal gun purchases using tax dollars, sell those guns to criminal drug runners and look the other way while they crossed the border, and then plan to use any and all murders committed with those guns to force a political agenda down everyone's throats.


Things that should be coming to mind at this point are conspiracy, RICO, high crimes and misdemeanors.  There's no way out of this one.  A BATF agent is dead, the murder weapon is a gun registered to a BATF strawman purchaser, there's recordings that make conspiracy to commit crimes and to cover them up fairly plain, and there's documents tying it all back to the White House.


This is de facto proof that the US federal government can and has conspired to kill US citizens to further political agendas.  This opens dozens of lines of inquiry into things like 9/11, OKC, Ruby Ridge, Waco and many other similar incidents.  Even the Miller incident which started gun control and created the BATF back at the beginning of the 20th century.

Add to this today's headline that the CIA targeted and assassinated an American citizen, a Muslim cleric and non-combatant living in Yemen, a country against which the US does NOT have a declared state of war.  The killing was approved by the DOJ and there were no Letters of Marque or Reprisal issued.


In fact, Anwar al-Awlaqi was a guest at the Pentagon right after 9/11 occured, and was an operative for the CIA/military.  Obviously, he was getting too expensive.


What you have here is clear proof that the federal government is no longer acting to protect its citizens, and in fact, is using blatantly criminal acts and conspiracy to target and subdue its own citizenry.  There is not the least shred of plausible deniability and the acts are clearly documented and lead to the highest offices in the government.


That anyone needed THIS level of proof is rather amazing, considering the tin-foil crowd has been crowing about this sort of thing for decades.  But the fact is now on the table and it is incontrovertible: at least some elements of the US government have acted in criminal conspiracy to target and kill US citizens, both at home and abroad, to achieve political goals.


There is only one question remaining: What are we going to do about it?


We have a long list of scandals and abuses, that individually might be written off, but which collectively display a policy of aggression at the highest levels of government against its own citizens.  At the VERY LEAST, this information should weigh heavily on your voting decisions.  But it should be causing a massive uproar demanding accountablity and jail time for those guilty, regardless of what position or authority they have.


Of course, what will actually happen is that Obama will retire to Uruguay, next to the Bushes.  Perry will be elected president, and a couple of bureaucrats will be fired with cushy pensions.


And the beat goes on...

The Cause Of All Lies

EU emergency meeting over Italy!  Syrian protestors attack US embassy - probably pro-government (ya think?)!  Murdock empire in deep water!  Congress, Obama at odds over debt!  IMF orders US to raise debt ceiling!  Final shuttle flight underway!  One in five college graduates unemployed!  Obama wants trillion-dollar tax hike on low, middle classes!  Global stocks slide!  US sticks to guns on ousting Qaddafi!  Girl mob attacks mom and child!  China says US spending too much on military!  TSA agents pat down 6-year-old boy twice!  BP chairman kills Gulf of Mexico, walks away millionaire!


Believe it or not, all these problems have one common and deceptively simply cause, and the solution is just as easy.

n. 1) a human being. 2) a corporation treated as having the rights and obligations of a person. Counties and cities can be treated as a person in the same manner as a corporation. However, corporations, counties and cities cannot have the emotions of humans such as malice, and therefore are not liable for punitive damages unless there is a statute authorizing the award of punitive damages.

That is the legal definition of a 'person.'  They have rights and obligations, just like a 'real' person, but they have no emotions and if they do something wrong, there's no one to throw in jail.


In fact, if you win a major decision against a corporation, it simply declares bankruptcy, transfers all its assets to a new 'person', and all the people inside who made the bad choices go home counting their money.  What's worse is that most mega-corps have multiple shell entities, which hold the mother company's debts, but have little of value.  Therefore, on any given project, if something goes wrong and you try to sue for damages, you can't touch the mother company and there's little more than a dried husk in the entity that damaged you.

That is exactly why BP could walk away untouched from the Gulf of Mexico disaster.  The actual 'person' that was operating the well and platform was a Bahamas shell corporation, or something similar, and most of its liabilities were transferred contractually to sub-contracting shell corporations.  It's the same with Exxon's current and past disasters, any of the pharmaceutical giants, or any other 'person' you can think of.


It's all a game of three-card monty, in which you are the loser before you even begin, because they've already hidden the target card after showing it to you.


Read the definition again.  Corporations have all the rights and obligations of real people.  The trick is, they've taken and abused all the rights, and completely hidden all the obligations in a rat hole of unbelievable legal mumbo-jumbo and strawmen.


You can spend a lifetime jousting with shadows and never come close to the heart.  On top of that, notice the key component of the definition.  They are assumed to have no emotions.  In other words, they have no soul, no conscience and no concerns that even approach 'human.'


They are, in fact, the same as drone attack aircraft.  The machine is sent into battle, causing massive damage, and if you destroy it, there's another waiting behind it.  The pilot is thousands of miles away in a bunker swilling coffee and taking lives with no possibility of real consequences for his actions.  If something goes wrong, the corporation simply blames the machine and goes on with its business.


Cold, heartless and completely without any redeeming value that we attach to real 'persons.'  They are strawmen, or Golems.  They are Frankenstein's Monster.


Here's how it works: Megacorp, a Delaware corporation, wants to do business drilling for oil in, oh let's say Indonesia.  Megacorp finds a local shyster, I mean lawyer, pays him a stipend every month and sets up an Indonesian company called a "PT."  The lawyer is made the local head of the company and his office serves as the 'address of service.'  Megacorp capitalizes PT Megacorp Drilling with one million bux, as a loan to the local company.


So far, there's nothing of value in PT Megacorp Drilling.  It's a shell using someonelse's office space and the only operating capital it has is a paper loan from the parent.


PT Megacorp Drilling (the Company) obtains a drilling permit and gets down to work.  The key people are brought in from the parent to manage the operation, but full responsibility rests on the local 'faces' that front PT Megacorp Drilling.  Notice we substituted the 'term' Company, which being capitalized means that it is a special term now, and not the common word we all use daily.


The Company contracts with Megacorp Oil Singapore, Pte, Ltd., yet another shell corporation, to operate the project.  The Singapore corporation contracts with Megacorp Vessels (Bermuda), Inc., to lease the drilling platform and any other equipment needed to operate the project.


In all cases, the money is going around in circles, because they are all subsidiaries of Megacorp, but they operate independently when we look at the whole thing 'at arm's length.'  In every case, there is a 'corporate veil' that protects the key people at the top from any personal liability for, well, anything.


Now, the Board at Megacorp makes some bad decisions in the interest of cost-savings and time-savings.  This causes a chain of events that leads to a blow-out that causes a massive oil spill, which destroys hundreds of square miles of pristine marine habitat.


Natually, the Indonesians are a bit upset at this and want to sue for damages.  They file against the Company in local courts, but find the Company is little more than an empty shell with a big debt to Megacorp for one million bux and a rented office.  So, they go after Megacorp Singapore, Pte. Ltd.  But, the Singapore corporation just supplied personnel who did their jobs, got paid and went home.


So, Indonesia turns to Megacorp Vessels (Bermuda), Inc., but that company just supplied equipment, and according to the contract, it didn't have liability for the operations.


In their frustration, Indonesians turn back to the Company, but find there is nothing of value in it and no legal ties, other than a couple of names on the Board, to Megacorp mother, and the local lawyer just shrugs his shoulders and walks off.  Since the Company was an independent entity and only shared a couple of Board members with the mothership, the Indonesians are left holding the bag.


Oh sure, Megacorp gets some bad press.  Maybe they 'sacrifice' a key player, who gets a nice severance package and a juicy consulting contract, and the whole thing blows over in a year or two.  In fact, Megacorp went ahead, in the meantime, and set up a new PT, so when the smoke cleared they could get right back to drilling in sensitive environments again.


While this is vastly simplified, it's a pretty good example of how 'hide the sausage' works on a global corporate scale.  In fact, this leads to our second word of interest:

The whole thing goes back to Latin, corpus, or body.  In creating a corporation, you create a 'body,' much like the Golem mentioned earlier.

By allowing legal fictions called 'corporations' to exist, and to have rights like human beings, we have created a literal monster that now threatens our very existence.  But, it is also the key to the solution.

Actually, there are two solutions, but one is much more complicated and requires years of study.  The other requires that people retake their governments and simply...change the law.  By removing the law that shields corporations, creates 'corporate veils', and allows lifeless automatons to operate like real people.

Deceptively simple, right?  However, if it could be done, then the real people operating the corporations would become personally liable for the actions of the organization, as a whole.

Furthermore, if you take away the ability for a corporation to set up multiple shell corps all over the world, then they have no way to hide liability or shuffle assets and debts between entities and jurisdictions.

What's the alternative?

Well, for many years folks have been fighting what's known as the 'strawman.'  When you are born (in most countries, now), a 'birth certificate' is issued and filed with a government agency that creates an entity called "YOU."  In fact, you are incorporated at birth.

The secret to using this fact is first, noticing anytime a document uses your name in all-caps, like BERNARD GROVER.  When you see that, then the enclosed information is addressed to your 'strawman.'  

Second, you can never answer your name (especially in court) with something like "present," or "here," or "that's me."  You have just declared that you are the embodiment of your corporation, and you are now liable for anything attached to the strawman.  You must always say that you "represent" the strawman.  You are just the corporate officer in charge of speaking for the corporation.  You con't have any personal liability.  You have a 'corporate veil.'

A Golem

Does it work?  Yes, of course.  Will it get you in trouble?  Absolutely, especially if you are not 100% sure of what you are doing and watch every word you utter.

Here's an example.  You get a traffic ticket and go to court.  When you are talking to the judge, you answer to your name as if it is you.  Then, you start talking about your 'vehicle' and 'driving.'  What you've just done is tell the court that YOU are the corporation, in body.  YOU were 'driving' (engaged in commerce on the roads) a 'vehicle' (road machine used in commerce), therefore, YOU are guilty because YOU (a commercial enterprise) were engaged in commerce on the public roads, and so are liable for the actions of your strawman.

The trick is, you must get the court to acknowledge that you are a representative for your strawman, and that you are answering for YOU, since YOU is mute and unable to speak for itself.

Oh yes, they will give you a ration of shit and do everything they can to foul you up.  Trust me, I know.

So, which option seems more appetizing?  Spending years teaching yourself the intricacies of legal terms and the strawman?  Or putting massive public pressure and governments to change the laws and remove these things called 'corporations' from the definition of 'person?'

All companies must be associations of contract, in which the officers are jointly and severally liable for the actions of the company.  And, a company may only have one operating entity registered anywhere in the world.  Any and all subsidiaries are considered part of the whole for legal purposes.

See how easy that is?  We just solved the world's problems in two simple sentences.

Let’s take a moment to ponder some numbers.  No math, just visualization.

A million is one thousand thousands.  A billion is one thousand millions.  A trillion is one thousand billions.  And the US national debt (not counting entitlements and other obligations) is $14,3 trillion.  That’s more than fourteen thousand billions.

Bill Gates, of Microsoft infamy, is said to be worth about $56 billion, give or take a night at the Sofitel Times Square.  So, 14.3 trillion divided by 56 billion is 255 Bill Gates to pay off the US national debt.  Considering he’s got more piles of paper than just about anyone else on the face of the planet, I would guess that it would be next to impossible to pay the debt.

Put another way, it would take every man, woman and child within the borders of the US paying $47,667, to pay off the debt.  Now, according the US Census Bureau, the average income per person over the age of 14 in 2006, was $26,036.  By this measure, every human being in the US would have to give up two years’ salary to pay back what Congress has so liberally borrowed.

One final take on this matter is to look at Gross Domestic Product, or the entire output of the US economy in one year, which in 2009 amounted to $14.15 trillion.

In other words, the country is broke.

Why does this matter?  Well, when the largest economy on Earth goes tits-up, it tends to take a lot of the world with it.  The fall of the Roman empire, arguably the largest economy of its day, at least in Europe, North Africa and the Middle East.  When it crashed and burned, it left a black hole in history that took 500 years to recover from.

Granted, things moved a lot slower back then, and what replaced the secular Roman empire (the Holy Roman Empire) was not exactly into promoting private wealth and welfare.  In fact, they burned, hung and excommunicated a great number of folks who were trying to build a strong middle class.  Galileo just happened to notice that some things in the sky didn’t circle the Earth, and look what that got him.

Certainly, there are strong and emerging economies, primarily in Asia, that could step in to fill the gap, but likely their moment of glory would not include the Americas or Europe.  The latter would have to muddle through on their own, and who knows how long it would take before those regions would even be moderately comfortable.

When one is in the midst of a major shift, such as the downfall of the US Empire, it’s often hard to perceive the events that are swirling over one’s head.  On a micro scale (standing in your yard), everything seems pretty much normal for a while.  Later, things start to change ever so slightly: no more Sunday drives in the country, more chicken than beef, letting some home repairs slip.  Then a bigger hit: taking the kids out of private school, down-sizing the family wagon, letting major home repairs slip.

It truly is a case of boiling frogs; day by day, you don’t really notice it, until one day you look around and think, “Hey!  Where did my quality of life go?”

I think there are two reasons I am relatively free right now, 1) I refused to buy a house unless I could pay more than 50% down, and finance the remainder in less than 10 years, and 2) I bought a lot of gold and silver when it was $270 and $5, respectively, after selling all my stocks and closing my 401(k).  That was 1999.

 I took a 10% tax whack on the 401(k), which was replaced by a 500% profit on the metals and 0% loss in the several crashes since that time.  Then they changed the rules to prevent people from cosing out their 401(k)s.  Why?  Well, that brings us to the point of today’s diatribe.

The Obama administration will begin to tap federal retiree programs to help fund operations after the government lost its ability Monday to borrow more money from the public, adding urgency to efforts in Washington to fashion a compromise over the debt.

The proverbial writing was on the wall, with this one.  It was only a matter of time until politicians started salivating over the pile of paper with pretty pictures sitting in these retirement accounts (indeed, in ANY account, soon enough).  At this very moment, it’s ‘just’ federal employees and military folks, but make no mistake, your 401(k) is in the chute and will come to the butcher’s hand sooner than laer.

How can they do this?  The answer is quite simple, yet complex at the same time.  You see, they own you, all that you have, and the productive output of your entire life.  And when you die, they take whatever you leave behind.

I hear you scoff.  Most folks do.  But, you are, in fact, property of the state.  The Certificate of Title and Deed is what we commonly call the birth certificate.  The mechanism is a little-known ‘conspiracy theory,’ known as “The Strawman.”

Here’s a brief description of how it works: in the late 1800s, most Western nations were incorporated under the auspices of the Vatican (which is why US presidents always run to Rome shortly after getting seated).  When you were born, a ‘certificate’ was issued that effectively made you a wholly-owned subsidiary of USA, Inc.  That made you, your output and your possessions liable for the debt of USA, Inc.  Before incorporation, most people’s births were written in a ‘family bible,’ or some other personal and private document.  The only reason for a census, in fact, is because most births weren’t registered in some cental database.

Have you ever noticed that ALL legal and official documents have your name in all-capital letters?  That’s the name of your corporation.  You’re not told this because if you know it, then it’s possible for you to control YOUR corporation.  You are CEO, after all.  Oh, and the registration number for your corporation’s filing?  It’s called a Social Security number.

I know you’re skeptical.  I was, too.  It was all rather voodoo-sounding and pretty outrageous, when I first started looking at it.  Later, after I learned more, I was able to drive around in my car with no tags, inspection, registration, or driver’s license, and I got over 100 tickets dismissed.

If you Google, “The Strawman Theory,” it brings up over 600,000 hits.  Most of the information will get you thrown in jail.  I know from personal experience.  There are two sites I trust to have fairly good information.  One is ShowMeTheLaw, and the other is LegalForum.  The folks who run these have their heads screwed on straight when it comes to educating others, and using this information.

The first thing you should do, though, is get a copy of Black’s Legal Dictionary (or click here).  Start by looking up words you THINK you know, like “bill,” “note,” “vehicle,” “transportation,” and the list goes on.  Oh, “person” is another really god one.  These are all words that people use commonly in court and other legal matters, without having the first clue what they are saying in ‘legalese.’  You must learn to differentiate between ‘terms’ and ‘words’ immediately.

The next step is buying as much gold and silver as you can, without showing an ID or making a record of the sale (difficult, but possible).  You can also try to get your 401(k) money.  There used to be a number of ‘qualifying events,’ such as tuition, medial bils, etc.

Finally, and this is the one I most enjoy, fill out ALL forms (public, private, etc.) using both upper and lower case letters, and if anything asks for your country of birth, do NOT put USA, US, United States, etc.  Use only the name of your state, province or other political division.  Again, use upper and lower case letters.

Most importantly, do NOT give your Social Security number for anything.  Get cash-card cell phones at Wally Mart.  Buy things with cash.  Shop at flee markets and mom-and-pop stores.  Think about everything you do and what traces you leave, and start reducing them as close to zero as you can.

The rest is study.  A lot of study.  Learning the truth about the world around you is half the battle.  The other half is using the information you learn.

Why is this at all important in your life?  Go back to the top and look at the US national debt, then re-read the article about Congress scooping money out of personal pensions.  Then take stock of everything you ‘own’ for which you gave a Social Security number to get (house, car, etc.).  That’s what you stand to lose.

The root of all evil today is the “Strawman.”  It is the reason why the Constitution means nothing and warrantless searches are approved by the courts, and so on ad infinitem.  One of the truest things in the Bible is the line, “My people perish for lack of knowledge.”

Thus, the secret to life is knowledge, and using it effectively is wisdom.  Time to get a little of both.
